Job Description
Expertise in managing ticketing, reservation, re issuance, group booking, visa formalities, hotel booking, Forex management & travel insurance.
Additional Responsibilities include:
Single point of Contact for all domestic and international travel and hotel arrangements Expertly handle all ticketing, re issuance
Successfully settle the reservations, bookings, payments to ensure up to date book keeping and report to the finance team
Dexterously handle all pertinent documentation for visa, guide the staff for visa formalities/ interviews
Manage all Forex issuance with best possible rates. Handle Forex requirements and arrange the same as per immigration law
Handle fleet of 17 company cars and keeping track of fuelling for cost management.
Procure the best market deals for car insurance and maintaining proper car servicing as per timelines
Monitor the company drivers and allot work schedules
