Job Description
Costing & TNA
Communication with buyer through mailing and verbally.
Co-ordination & communication with buying house merchant as well as in factory's various dept.
To order and follow up on fabric and trims for sampling as well as production.
Ensure smooth communication with customers and suppliers.
Arranging all samples (i.e. Proto, PLM, SMS sample, Size set, PP sample.) to be sent on time with correct specs/actual trims.
Ensure correct consumption and initial costing.
Follow up for development samples, artwork approval
Order all trims and fabric to suppliers.
Ensure the fabric and accessories are available in factory within the time frame
Follow up with planning, production/commercial team and ensure shipment move on time.
Developing new range with the help of designer for every season as per mood boards received from buyer.
Review of each and every style with QC and R&D department for production feasibility.
Get all the samples approved sealed & discussed with buying houses technician & handover production file to PPC Dept.
Weekly status reporting to Reporting Heads.
Good Merchandising Experience
Good knowledge of Embroidery & Prints - All sorts of machine work, printing Knowledge and all types of print
Good Knowledge of Wash/Spray & Dyeing
Good Fabric Knowledge
