Job Description
Identifying the candidates through various job portals and job engines
Handling all aspects of Recruitment/ Post-recruitment(Non-IT/ IT)
Coordinating with Department Manager for seating arrangement and Desktop/Laptop allocation
Ensuring completion of joining formalities such as filling up of Application and collecting and verifying the documents.
Managing and maintaining personnel records and regularly updating the same in the database
Scheduling and arranging training while coordinating with external trainers and training programs.
Maintaining daily attendance required for payroll processing for all employees using bio metric records
Taking care of PF, ESIC & PT Related all work
Required Candidate profile
Should have good knowledge on various job portals
Should have hands on experience on HRMS software
Familiarity with PF, ESI & PT
Should have good knowledge on processing attendance & payroll
Manpower planning.
