Job Description
To make sure factory is 100% compliant at all times
Should have knowledge of PF, ESI, and Various Challan as per Labour Law.
Should have knowledge of Contract Labour Act, Labour Licenses.
Can deal with various type of Labour authorities, Labour officer, Labour Court regarding issues.
Can liaise with Government bodies like PF, ESI department, Labour authorities, and Local Authorities.
Should develop and implement HR initiatives in line with organizational objectives
Should be able to develop and monitor performance-based evaluation tools and strategies for talent retention and motivation
Should be able to handle and manage grievances
Should maintain daily MIS reports, maintain employee personal files, Payroll administration and tax governance, etc.
Should have experience in managing third party and buyer HR and social compliance audits
