Job Description
Technically good in Garmenting, Fit, Stitches Knowledge of Pattern , Grading, Sewing .
Good experience in all kinds of Kids, Womens & Mens garments
Working experience with Export House Or Buying House
Working experience in all kind of fabrics
Good communication skills.
Possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, troubleshooting and team building skills
Check all patterns, fabric & trim information is included in the technical packs prior to sending.
Accurately measure each garment and record in Excel specification sheets.
Analyzing the request & to make sure all is clear to team & supplier & if not then go back to Buyer for clarification.
Conduct risk analysis on all samples at initial stages.
After getting the sample, analyzing it for production feasibility & quality, fitting, workmanship & grading (at time of size set) of the garment & send accordingly to Senior.
Find solution to solve the problem to ensure the quality at bulk production & suggest buyer the option in case required.
Maintain key shape pattern library, so that sample fit can be approved faster by issuing the same to supplier when required.
Issuing Sealer for bulk go ahead & making sure of safety standards are met sample to ensure the same to be maintained in production.
Updating system and Maintain log book of fit samples.
