Job Description
Assist with managing the product development process from concept phase to the post launch phase
Set up item number and other development information in item master while updating and maintaining it.
To prepare trial recipe record of each new development product
Prepare approved recipe record of each new development product
After matching the final test results, go fo pilot lot production and monitoring the same upto final test results.
Provide final counter sample to the customer through HO and get feedback from the customer for the same. If any corrective action is required then the action to be taken in the next lot.
Approved recipe and material consumption details to be handed over to the production department for the costing purpose after considering pilot run production.
Chemical processing follow up
New development of weaving qualities to be followed - start from yarn
Processing recipe to be checked and developed in laboratry trial.
All filter quality old stock material to be grey checked and laboratory report to be taken out.
New instrument data collection to be done
Coating programme like Azurtek, PVC, PVA development
For stitching thread strength improvement through chemical and oil stain removal by the solvent.
All recipe to be registerd with samples.
New developments qualities data with samples of every stages
Work closely with HO customer development co-ordinator and marketing team
