Job Description
Maintain proper records of Programmed orders, all approved L/Ds and Shipment samples.
Mail the approvals and update the order file and the design cards with date of approvals of L/Ds, shipment samples on the same day.
Check the GSM of the Shpt samples received.
Follow up for all the technical details of the ordered designs from China office.
Maintain and update the design registers with all the necessary details on it .
Prepare the design cards for ware house and send them to the warehouse along with Shipment sample yardages.
Assist the other team members whenever required.
Update the shipment register for receipt of new designs and sampling date.
Mail the sampling plan with target date to the sampling dept and check & review whether sampling has been done as per planned.
Check for the receipt of master hangers for both the showrooms Parel and Kalbadevi.
Prepare the design masters / Product Masters in the system and get it authenticated by HOD.
Send the Shipment samples to the Sampling department with proper Challan entry and communicate the same via email.
Assist the other team members whenever required.
