Job Description
Responsible for Retail Operations, Retail Business Development, Merchandising mix, replenishment of stock.
Responsible for planning, developing and implementing sales program in the Region as per HO Guidelines
Responsible for in-store Planning, coordination & evaluation of promotions, marketing and Visual Merchandising support.
Comprehensive management of Retail Operations for Exclusive Brand Outlets in High Street Stores and Malls.( Outright /COCO/COFO/FOFO)
Generates ideas about future retail activities to ensure a cutting-edge strategy; maintains up to date information of the market place, competitors and trends.
Take decisions and manages the daily operations of the retail business including planning of resources and roistering.
To ensure the delivery of operational KPIs and sales & profitability plan across stores
Translates the strategic goals into retail operational plans to achieve the required targeted growth in sales and profit; identifies and optimizes promotional opportunities.
MDQ Planning implementation and BASE stock maintain ace.
To ensure that all stores adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, brand standards, company policies and procedures
Mentor store managers\FCs on driving high profitability and standards - with special focus on the non or low performing stores.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and a best practices (internal and external) get replicated across stores
