Job Description
Responsible for checking quality of production at job workers
Visiting job workers - checking in-line and end-line production quality and measurements
Sharing daily production reports to the manager - cutting status, in-line production status, final quantity checking and packing status
Liaison with buyers and Quality Inspectors for all inspection related matters (Size - Sets, In Line Inspectors and Top Approvals & Final Inspection).
Ensuring that all the buyers and quality inspector’s comments are incorporated during production.
Conduct regular checks on stitching, checking and finishing units and ensure that all quality standards are met
Conduct surprise checks on all departments to ensure that the quality standards are maintained
Should be prompt with solutions for any issues faced during production and any major issue should be immediately communicated to the office
