In depth understanding of Continuous Finishing machines for woven fabric.
To Continuously enhance the quality and Productivity of Fabric by best utilizing the technology, Process and Human resource.
To ensure the smooth and efficient planning in Fabric finishing to achieve the dispatch targets.
To make continuous efforts towards cost reduction through process , Re- engineering , automation & best utilization of technologies.
To enhance capability and output of members to take best output.
To ensure the effectiveness of the SOPs
Create awareness & motivate subordinates through meetings & training manuals
Participate in TPM & Organization initiatives by actively involving all members.
