Job Description
Construct and implement micro & macro strategies, objectives and budgets to ensure optimal sale to achieve division’s revenue targets
Formulate and execute strategies, plans and objectives for the marketing and sales function of the company
Establish a distribution network for hemp fibers, hemp yarns and hemp fabrics across various textile clusters in India
Develop partnerships with manufacturers to create new product lines and value added products
Evaluate, shortlist and finalise vendors for procuring/processing require goods to ensure consistent supply of finished product
Monitor and report the performance of selected vendors to ensure delivery in line with contractual obligations and performance metrics
Develop and implement sustainability standards for the entire line of hemp textile products in the division
Liaison with logistics staff and production vendor to ensure production and delivery of product is as per customers’ needs
Identify the latest trends, quality standards and customer requirements and creating a product pipeline to launch them in India
Keep the management informed by submitting activity and results reports
Conduct market survey on a regular basis to update management of competition and developing strategy to compete with them
