Job Description
Manpower planning & recruitment of all levels.
Responsible for Statutory & Social Compliance
To supervise the time office and attendance activities.
Handling and completing the personnel records, including personal files.
Must have good working knowledge of retention techniques/employee engagement
Handling exit formalities to ensure smooth employee separation from exit interview till full and final settlement
Keeping up to date with any modifications in HR / recruitment policy and ensuring that HODs are effectively briefed on any relevant changes
To play pro-active role in ensuring harmonious industrial relations
Must be aware of all labor laws, and also oversee the strict adherence to the same
To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time
NOTE: Same industry candidates will be preferred.
