Job Description
Manpower planning, sourcing through internal & external sources, selection, negotiation, offer to placement process and induction process. (Executive and above)
Understanding the talent-needs expressed by the Heads of functions and businesses at Trident. Transforming their description of 'how work is done' into list of skills/qualities needed from potential candidates. Furbishing a formal job description with roles.
Crafting selection & shortlisting criteria and closely analyzing the achievements of candidates available in job market to come up with shortlisting thumb rules.
Identifying sources (forums, search consultants, online avenues, online databases)
Contributing in Campus Recruitment, identifying & building relationships with campuses, Recruiting candidates as per requirement.
Interviewing candidates to understand from them their technical achievements in more detail. Cross questioning the talent to understand the approach they used to attain their technical achievements.
Managing compensation in adherence to company slabs and policies. Negotiation the same with candidates.
To maintain the Recruitment Turnaround time (TAT) [Requisition to offer accepted] to the minimum and as per policy.
