Job Description
Peading training and implementations for mid to large scale projects with typical ticket size of INR 200 Cr plus
Creating Project plans, Scheduling & Monitoring based on CCPM management philosophies
Setting up of Management processes to monitor & communicate project status to the Senior Management
Ensure the project is implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
Driving the management reviews on project status and ensuring project management best practices are followed
Leading the overall Project Implementation during the life cycle of mid to large scale projects
