Job Description
To plan & control the production based upon the order availability.
Scheduling the shop orders to meet delivery commitments and to ensure optimum utilization of plant m/c's capacity.
To conduct an reconciliation of order upon completion, along with the other PPC team members.
Progressing actual performance against the production plan and reporting exceptional deviations to the concerned authorities for the corrective action.
Prepare balance to weave/dye/ pack against all running orders including shortfalls.
To understand material run over M/cs (Length Hemming, Cross Hemming & Juki) and to propose trims placement to maximize the M/c utilization.
Preparing various informative reports to update Weaving/ Dyeing/CSP production team and to analyze reasons of deviation.
Inventory management by providing liquidation plans for higher ageing inventory.
Contribute in optimize capacity utilization, cost of production and productivity enhancement through planning process & system Building
To provide dispatch priorities well in advance for various necessary actions
Follow up with Marketing & Logistics team for timely dispatch of goods.
Analysis of daily reports and MIS production reports, daily DRUM report
