Job Description
Appointing new franchise & property acquisition for setting up EBO stores of J Hampstead in the given territories.
Franchise acquisition for setting up EBO stores in the region.
Lead generation, discussions and closure. Preparing necessary proposals and documents
Create the budgeted retail space as per the format requirements to support business expansion plans.
Budgeting , profit and loss and cost analysis
Market comparative and business evaluation for a new site
Build collaborative relationships with all the developers / property consultants
Franchise management, recruitment, maintaining relationship & developing them.
Analyze business opportunity & market potential through area mapping and customer profiling.
Maintain a good working relationship with new franchise and provide feedback to management.
Understand & negotiate on Commercials terms (Rent, MG, revenue share etc.) Lease terms (tenure, deposits, Lock in, renewals & termination option), to achieve maximum viability.
Ensure smooth signing of (closure of MOUs) agreement and timely handing over of the property to projects team & ensure that vendors to complete the projects on time.
Renegotiate rentals of existing stores to improve ROI and reduce operational costs,
Responsible for Break-even analysis of the stores.
Measure for Loss prevention.
