Job Description
Responsible for factory units(South region).
Supports end user for Laptop and Desktop Issues.
Support end user for Printers and Tab issues.
Technical knowledge of PCs and Laptop hardware
Basic network troubleshooting
Working technical knowledge of Operating Systems (especially Windows and Linux)
Experience in Hardware support
Diploma / Degree in Computer science
Industry/ Professional certification courses would be an added advantage
Provide L1/L2 support of PCs, laptops, tabs,printers, biometric etc.
Promote regular use of IT Helpdesk by communicating and updating cases promptly.
Maintain PC/Laptop assets via openAudit.
Follow SOP for daily and weekly routines.
