HR MANAGER // HR EXECUTIVE (for export house)
Must have Experience in EXPORT industry.
Should have knowledge of Company Policies, Buyers Code of Conducts etc.
Compliances, handling audits like Sa-8000, BSCI, GOTS, FAIR TRADE, ISO, Oekotes, WRAP, CTPAT.
Preparing Personal Files, record for buyers
Should have knowledge of Payroll Software.
Good with MS. Excel.
