Job Description

Summary of Board meetings.
Bank Accounts opened / closed.
Progress update on legal disputes.
Compliance Calendar
Ensure updation of all compliances in the calendar along with attachments for following:
PF & ESI across all SEPL locations.
HR compliances.
Deposit of statutory dues and filing of statutory
returns
Payment of loan installment and interests.
Renewal of all licenses, insurance policies etc.
Renewal/invocation of all CG & BG.
Property tax payments for owned premises.
Factory license renewals.
Insurance policy renewals.statu
Follow up with all stakeholders 1 day prior to the due date and escalation to seniors on due date.
Generating weekly variance report.
Follow up on corrective measures to regularize delayed compliance.
