Job Description
Data management, analysis and reporting of spend details on a monthly basis.
Competition tracking and analysis.
Follow up with creative, media, PR, website and social media agencies.
Maintain a proper system for prioritization of jobs by maintaining a weekly job status.
Vendor management in terms of co-ordination of creatives and timely dispatch of materials to destined location.
PO maintaining and safeguard: P.O.s (liaisoning with accounts department for all P.O. related requirements).
Maintaining advertising dealer panels through e - paper and hard copies.
Follow ups with vendors and sales team regarding the bills.
Co-ordination with sales team for ensuring timely execution of their requirements.
Responsible for coordination relating to exhibitions, events and displays.
Develop new contacts & maintain the existing ones.
Monitoring of websites/social media pages in sync with the current brand campaigns.
Preparing drafts for press releases, presentations, brochures, product literature, e-mailer, news releases.
Standardize all communication elements with branding.
Basic knowledge of photoshop, coral draw and MS office.
