Job Description
Overview of previous day reports.
Data analysis for checking deviation from standards and taking corrective action.
Define the major activities for the section.
Assign and direct staff accordingly and delegate responsibility for doing the tasks required.
Sample planning with production and marketing team.
Create awareness and motivate sub-ordinate through meetings and training manuals.
Analyze the quality trend for different product as well as for the raw material and provide feedback to the concerned department.
Compilation of results in comparison with customer requirement and take appropriate action.
Participate in MUSKAAN, SHAAN & ANAND initiatives by actively involvement of members.
Mixing planning for next day.
