Job Description
Banking / Treasury Operation and dealing with multiple financial institutions for various activities for short and long term funding.
Relationship with banks & statutory bodies for smooth business operation and working capital requirements
Liaising with Banks with respect to Reconciliation/renewal of loans, submission of quarterly/ annual reports/documents to bankers.
Review of appraisal, approval/sanction, documentation, post disbursement compliance, unit Inspections
Knowledge of banking regulations with respect to various forms of funding like working capital, project finance, bridge loan etc.
Analysis of information memorandum, bank assessment notes and replies to queries raised by the bank / FIs.
Checking project feasibility, CMA Data, Trend Study, Ratio Analysis, Sensitivity Analysis
Preparation of the credit assessment notes covering detailed analysis of business,industry, management and financials.
Review of Due Diligence and Valuation Reports, Balance Sheet splitting,handling queries of due diligence auditors.
Dealing with rating agencies for the rating of various companies of the Group
Well versed with requirements associated with Fx and structured derivatives (ISDA documents, RBI and FEMA regulations).
