Job Description
Responsible for production activities in warping department.
Must have sound knowledge of different types of machinery used in warping process.
To co-ordinate with maintenance team for timely repair of machines to avoid production loss.
To ensures the optimum utilization of machinery and manpower for meeting departmental targets.
To execute production as per programs given by PPC and product development team (For sampling).
Follow-up with Yarn Godown, Yarn Processing and Yarn Dyeing team for timely procurement of material.
To maintain stock and reconcile it accordingly with system and physically.
Production confirmation in SAP.
Responsible for wastage control within the department.
To ensure the quality of warp at weaving preparatory stage.
To establish work and safety instructions within the department and creating an awareness among employees to adhere the same.
To develop a team work approach within the department.
