Person has to work with line managers and also with external agencies such as recruitment agencies.
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Strict adherence to the manpower plan in terms of manpower numbers and time schedules of requirements.
Keeping a track of the cost incurred towards hiring new talent.

Keeping up to date with any modifications in HR / recruitment policy and ensuring that HODs are effectively briefed on any relevant changes
