Job Description
Maintains Merchandizing and hygiene standards in the department
Ensures availability of adequate and trained manpower in the department at all times
Minimizes complaints pertaining to his/her department
People Management:
Builds a close knit team
Drives the staff performance and productivity through training and guidance
Controls attrition by engaging, training, rewarding and developing the team
Ensures optimum deployment of available manpower through smart scheduling
Financial / sales performance:
Drives department sales to ensure target achievement
Drives ABS/ABV through up-selling/Cross-selling to increase department sales
Reduces shrinkage by ensuring proper handling of merchandize and monitoring department
Follows up for maintaining optimum inventory levels
Process Management:
Adheres to SOP
Ensures offers and promotions are always updates
Conducts periodic meetings and reviews with the team
