Job Description
Prepare monthly / weekly / daily production plans and issue to respective shops.
Ensure uniformity and on time availability of Material.
Capacity planning and Verification.
Responsible for maintaining free flow of material along the production.
Preparation of daily Management report.
Inventory management (fixing inventory level based on the demand and making production plan as based on the inventory.
Material required planning (MRP).
Manpower and shift Hour Planning based on the fluctuation in customer plan.
Procurement planning (giving daily plan to suppliers, circulating the Customer forecast ,capacity verification of suppliers ,arranging packing standards ,making supplier delivery rating.
