Job Description
Build and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards.
Provides advice and guidance to colleagues regarding incidents.
knowledge of computer hardware systems, modules, and peripherals
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, software applications and remote connection systems
Skills Required:
Knowledge - Know your way around desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity.

Technical Skills:
Must have a knowledge of Computer Hardware/Software/Mac
Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, network technologies,
Experience in managing office 365 Apps (outlook, office, One Drive, SharePoint) and MS Teams
Experience in Installing and configuring new hardware and software installation and replacement
Experience in handling PRI line, ISP line, EPBAX, CCTV and Access control devices.
Knowledge about Proxy and VPN technologies
Knowledge in Cloud solutions
Good knowledge in MS word, MS Excel, Power point, MS Flow and Planner
