Job Description
A Candidate would be responsible for:
Responsible for Product Quality meeting the target efficiently and effectively and as per quality parameters.
Responsible for Complete in Processes and continuous improvement in process capacities for reducing rate of rejection by targeting RIGHT AT FIRST TIME.
To make assurance that the all quality standards are followed on the production floor with the help of quality team.
Physically check on all the Inspection Areas for running styles and provide instructions to Checkers as and when required.
Monitor the Inspections as per required standards of Brands.
Check the Initial and Final Inspections Report of QC's daily basis.
Responsible to provide complete guidelines of inspections and packing to the Checkers and Packers.
To do the random audit of all the styles running on the Floor.
To do Pre Final Audits of shipments to verify compliance to workmanship, measurements, packaging and labelling.
To ensure maintenance of Files for Checkers Report and QA's report.
To ensure all the Procedures and Controls are in place in all the areas of Profile.
To conduct the Final Audits independently according to Brand's protocol.
Monitoring the Procedure established in Finishing & Final Audit.
Advise Corrective Action Plans for non-conformances at any stage.
Give approvals for Production as per technical requirements of Brand.
