Job Description
We are urgently looking for a Welfare officer for our export Unit.
designation: Welfare Officer
Reporting to HR Head
Experience: minimum 3 Years.
Candidate should be Master in social work.
Job Responsibility
Organize and supervise Labour welfare work and activities.
Organizing committee meetings like grievance, work committee, canteen committee, anti-sexual harassment, health & Safety committee and training like first-aid, fire drill, chemical handle.
Prepare training calendar for organize the internal trainings, Training feedback, evaluation and effectiveness check, maintain training database & records)
Handling employee counselling, grievances& disciplinary issues.
Resolving the shop floor issues related to welfare.
