To maintain balance to weave Updation & Drum
Identifying Gap in yarn requirement and updation of Yarn receipt & Issuance
Daily WIP Monitoring/ Stock reports - Yarn, TFO, Dyed Yarn, Preparatory & Loom WIP
Maintaining Loom running status
Production Order Creation in APO for Warping, Weaving & Doubling
PR Creation for yarn coming on regular basis
To check Critical order status on regular basis
Meeting with Weaving team on order completion
To plan consumption of yarn in advance
Order reconciliation
Daily review of Plan Vs Actual in & Loom to meet the required cut offs
New orders Updation in Balance to Weave & Yarn requirement Sheet
Ageing Analysis
