Job Description
To manage detail planning and scheduling as well as control over production against all running orders & future orders
Capacity calculation – Mission and budgeted capacity
Inventory management and rationalization
Manage detailed MIS to keep a track of the order execution status, WIP and balances.
Follow up with concerned department to manage shortfalls and time delays
To coordinate with quality and production teams to find the reasons for low quality or any other variations in the given parameters
Manage order scheduling basis S&OP guidelines for timelines and cut off dates
Follow-up and control over incoming of packing material, raw material and other dispatch schedules
Planning of future orders as per the guidelines and expected timelines given by customer / marketing
Advance intimation to all concerned agencies on weekly calculation of required material (packing and raw material) for next week/months & ensure its availability in advance. In case of any shortfall manage communication for next possible schedules and amendments in plan.
To select, evaluate and develop subordinates for selected roles with paper section. Provide professional guidance through performance management, training and coaching sessions on regular intervals
