Building confidence in students to face the interviews
Guiding and mentoring other center soft skills trainers.
Addressing students who need effective counseling.
Coordination with placement team for students placement.
Coordination with trainer for students improvement.
Ensure student attendance and active participation in the soft-skills sessions.
Motivational lectures as and when needed for staff members.
Assistance to the team in operational issues.
