• These Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy Statement which are hereby incorporated as if set forth fully herein, represent the complete agreement between you and the Company for the use of and access to the Services and/or other contents of this website.
• User agrees that the services once subscribed to by the User are not refundable and all amount(s) paid shall stand appropriated.
• Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.
• Please note any of the job seeker service does not guarantee interviews or job placement.
• User shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and passwords. The User shall be solely responsible for all activities happening under his/her Username whether authorized or not. User agrees to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your Account and Password.
• User shall be responsible for use of the web-site, for any entries/posts/blog that he/she uploads/makes, and for any consequences arising thereof. The User agrees that he/she shall use the web-site in accordance with all laws, rules and regulations, as applicable from time to time, including without limitation IT laws and laws relating to unfair competition, anti discrimination, false advertising and defamation. The User further agrees that the usage of web-site by the User shall not violate any third party rights.
• The Company would not be held liable for any loss of data technical or otherwise, information, particulars supplied by the Subscriber due to the reasons beyond its control like corruption of data as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond the Company's reasonable control including but not limited to acts of Government, acts of God, Govt. policies, tampering of data by third party like hackers, terrorism or by viruses, trojan horses, trap doors, back doors, easter eggs, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or Computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. In no event will the Company be liable for any such direct/indirect /consequential loss or damages, including loss of profit or loss of reputation/defamation, even if advised of the possibility thereof.
• The Company has the right to make all necessary modifications/editing of the vacancy details in order to facilitate uploading.
• The data provided by the Subscriber shall be deemed to have been voluntarily supplied, non-confidential and the Subscriber hereby discharges the Company of all obligations of confidentiality.

Terms and Conditions for Resume Writing Services:

Subscription Terms:

• Subscription fees towards the resume writing services offered by Fibre2Fashion has to be on a 100% advance basis.
• Subscription fees is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Right to Information:

• By subscribing to the resume writing services, the seeker authorizes Fibre2Fashion to utilize the information provided by him for the sole purpose of resume writing, editing, formatting & enhancing.
• Fibre2Fashion reserves the right to utilize resume format, style, design and appearance to modify other resumes, cover letters, social media profiles (excluding any of personally identifiable information) to promote or explain its products and services.
• By subscribing to the resume writing services, you represent that you are the sole owner of the information provided or otherwise hold control of all the rights to the content posted by you.
• Information provided by the seeker shall be considered genuine and true. Fibre2Fashion shall in no case be responsible for any incorrect / incomplete information provided by the seeker or any third party representing the seeker.
• The seeker in no sense shall use this service for transmitting / uploading any content / information which is illegal or objectionable in any manner.

Delivery:

• Work period of (10 days) to deliver the modified resume shall be considered from the day seeker has submitted the questionnaire to the resume writer.
• Fibre2Fashion does not guarantee any interviews or job placements.
• The resume/ insertion or information/data fed by the user can be updated by the user only.
