Job Description

Manage the AR Team that includes up to seven AR Specialist
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
collect past due invoices and ensure that all accounts are in compliance with their credit terms
Assist in the month-end provisions and coordinate with Sales team for collection follow up and conduct regular meetings with sales coordinators
Resolve Customer disputes in a timely manner relating to discounts and incentives
Establish a collection workflow and closely work with CSO (Chief sales officer)
A/R aging analysis and KPI reporting
Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies, related to > AR functions to ensure adherence to the company guidelines
Responsible for audit and compliance requirements and requests related to AR
Also Oversee the daily accounting activities of Marketing expenses and required to maintain the party ledger in all aspects.
Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
The position will report to the head of accounting under the controller

Eligibility Criteria

Must have a background managing a staff
Master Degree Required in Accounting
Minimum of five 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable working in a > Corporate Accounting environment and 1+ years as a manager or a supervisor
Proficiency in Excel skills
Strong communication skills
