Job Description

Banking / Treasury Operation and dealing with multiple financial institutions for various activities for short and long term funding.
Relationship with banks & statutory bodies for smooth business operation and working capital requirements.
Liaising with Banks with respect to Reconciliation/renewal of loans, submission of quarterly/ annual reports/documents to bankers.
Preparation of the credit assessment notes covering detailed analysis of business, industry, management and financials.
Well versed with requirements associated with Fx and structured derivatives (ISDA documents, RBI and FEMA regulations).
Any other task given by the seniors.
Tracking of Interest Rate and the news affecting the interest rate market i.e. G sec yields, RBI policy etc.
