Required by an Export House In Gurgaonwe are looking for an Accounts Manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:Month-end and year-end process Should Have GST Knowledge Chase Up With DepartmentAccounts payable/receivable Export Banking and Payment Chase Up.Cash receiptsGeneral ledger: Statement Reconciliation (Account + Bank + Any Other )Payroll and utilitiesTreasury, budgeting Above Related Data EntryCash forecasting: Export Incentive data entry chase upRevenue and expenditure variance analysisCapital assets reconciliations Balance Sheet FinalizationTrust account statement reconciliations,Check runs Other Accounts Related Work In Garment Export.Fixed asset activityDebt activityPrepare and present monthly and annual financial reports and statement of accountsMonitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statementsEstablish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principlesCoordinate and complete annual audits
