Job Description

Taking care of all requirements in meeting rooms, VC rooms and showrooms.
Following up for maintenance of the showrooms and meeting rooms
Arrangements of VC and showrooms when required.
Arrangements of special lunch for buyers and guests in Cafeteria.
Forwarding requirement of material like pantry consumables and groceries for buyers and arranging food from Hotel or restaurants.
Managing canteen activities during lunch hours
Deployment/adjustment of duties of peons in office area.
Checking the uniform and hygiene of peons on daily basis.
Planning of extra work to be done on weekends.
Maintenance of chairs in office and factory area.
Taking periodic round in office area washrooms and looking after their maintenance and housekeeping aspects.
Feeding of Overtime and leaves of peons, housekeeping, canteen and horticulture staff.
