Male Graduate with min of 2-3 years of experience into Administration or facility management. Experience in Handling new Factory set up .Coordinating with all departments to ensure personalise service provided to the Employees.Taking care of Facilities & Administration activities and provide effective support services to all employees.Managing facilities, security and other service operations in accordance with established standards.Ensuring Upkeep of the highest level of maintenance Supervising the Housekeeping Staff and ensure facility cleaning function is performed according to high standards of cleanliness and hygieneManage office supplies stock and place ordersOther Admin related responsibilities like stationery, vendors, bills, etcManagement of petty cashVendor ManagementManage Database of VendorsUpkeep of factory includes rounds of factory, cleanliness ,Disciplinein factory etcSecurity management of factoryCoordination with the HO for paymentsCoordination with the HO for Bills, vouchers etc
