Job Description

Responsible for all the functions, services of HR, IR and administration like recruitment, selection, annual appraisal, pay fixation, training & development, manpower planning,time office functions, grievances redressal & wage settlement, terminal benefits including pf & ESI etc
Legal and compliance issues, competence of labour laws & contract labour (R & A) act & others
Loans & claims relates issue, advance, medical & accident insurances and transportation etc. for the plant
Arrange / formulate & implement the hr policies and also should have good knowledge about ISO 9001:2001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 and SA-8000:2008 certifications.
