Job Description

Review of month end accruals, intercompany reconciliation, Notes to standalone and Consolidated IndAS financial statements
Preparation of Consolidated and Standalone Financial Statement including balance sheet, statement of profit and loss, Cash Flow Statement of the group on a quarterly basis.
Closure of quarterly books, review of revenues
Ensuring necessary IndAS compliance on a quarterly basis of group Companies
Ensuring compliance with Hedge Accounting
Support manager in managing statutory audit and internal audit process on a quarterly basis.
Preparation of Regulation 33, segment reporting and notes
Providing necessary information to ensure compliance with Companies Act 2013 requirements like CSR, related party and other secretarial requirements.
Ensuring compliance with Income Tax Act, 1961 requirements like tax audit and transfer pricing audit.
