Job Description

Overall responsible for entire gamut of Industrial Relations and Administration for Odisha Unit.
To formulate and implement HR & Admin policies in line with company standards.
To play pro-active role in ensuring harmonious industrial relations.
To handle Social & Buyers Compliance
To handle effectively & efficiently: - General Administration, Reception, Security, Transportation, Canteen, House keeping, Horticulture. Maintenance including project management etc.
Effective Liaising with government / semi - govt. authorities/ local bodies to ensure good public relations.
To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

Eligibility Criteria

Full time MSW/MBA / PG Diploma from reputed institute having 15+ years experience with large manufacturing set-up with turnover exceeding 1000 crores.
Candidate from same industry is preferred.
Good knowledge of Industrial Relations and Labour Laws.
Excellent communication skills.
Should have excellent leadership, administrative, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Must have worked with large companies (manufacturing) with turnover exceeding 1000 crores.
