Job Description
To direct and coordinate the overall activities of security department in NCR.Liaison with Govt. Departments, Ministries, senior officials, Police and Dist. administration in NCR.Troubleshooting and liasoning with Delhi/Haryana /Police and other Govt. Departments.Provide leadership related to security and asset protection of the company reporting to the HR Head for Vigilance, Security & Security Function.To ensure safety and security of all guests, employees and property of the company.Establish/ review standard policies and procedures for safety and security of all.Establish and enforce safety regulations/ standard.Advising the management on Law & Order across various units in NCR.Maintain logbook on incidents, complaints etc and mark it to appropriate departments for action.Regulate traffic in and around factory premises for safe driving and parking.Responsible for staffing and equipments of security department.Conducting security training and workshops.To examine rules and practices to eliminate scope for malpractices.Keeping an eye on sensitive and corruption prone spots in the company in NCR.To plan and enforce surprise inspections to detect system failures and suggest remedial measuresMaintaining proper surveillance
