Job Description
Responsibility for achieving sales targets in given area. Monitoring and analysis of sales and market activities against competitors. Handling of customer technical inquiries & product complaints. Maintain and update customer data with regard to machinery details with products used. Market information collection & reporting, sales planning, customer services & support. Maintain close contact with customers, M/c suppliers, dealers, study & report market condition from time to time.
