Job Description

Handling existing brand outlets / franchisees, making sales improvement and meeting annual sales targets
Hiring and training the sales team
Coordinate with the franchise and maintain good relation with them
Visit the stores on a daily basis
Team management
Responsible for numbers & expansion of new stores and business development

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or Post graduate with relevant experience of 4 to 9 years.
    Candidate should be young dynamic with retail sales experience
    Candidate should be good at verbal and written email communication
    Candidate should be good team player & ready to travel
    Candidate should be committed towards job
    Candidate should have experience in woven (i.e. shirt / t-shirt / denim / trouser etc.) with reputed brand stores
    Candidate having sales experience only need to apply
