Job Description

Responsible for the sales and distribution of Gini &Jony Products to mass market.
Forecasting monthly/annual sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thereby enhancing productivity.
Work to gain the market share and category targets.
Sales& Collections
Responsible for credit control and maintain the outstanding credit limit as per the business norms.
To manage the marketing outstanding
New Business Development
Formulating strategies & reaching out to the unexplored markets/customer groups for business expansion; exploring new business opportunities in various segments along with concerned branches in the region
Implementing marketing strategies to increase territory sales and promoting the brand name.
Working towards the new product development & product launch to enhance the growth of the business.
General Administration
Ensuring cross-functional efficiency between working of the commercial, sales, service
optimisation of the use of available resources; ensuring effective sales information systems are implemented and commercial processes
Coordinating & managing the activities like Inventory management & Stock control
