Job Description
Develop and ensure implementation of Sales strategies to deliver annual volume objectives of the region within budgeted costsAchieve primary and secondary sales ensuring effective distribution of Company's productsManage the distribution network with periodic monitoring of sales and collectionsIdentify and network with distributors for deeper market penetration and reachWork closely with dealers and distributors and assist them to promote the Company's productsContinuously monitor competitor activities, conduct competitor analysis, keep abreast of market trendsAnalyze market response/requirements and communicate the same to the Marketing teamPlan and monitor new product launches in co-ordination with the Marketing TeamHire, train and appraise sales staff in line with company policyAssisting the RSM in Strategizing, planning and execution of all sales related activitiesAccountable for achieving the required direct distribution plan, desired availability & visibility and meet the monthly targets by territoryTo ensure tracking of input & out parameters on daily basisTo create consumer network distribution & increase the outputTo ensure coordination & 100% implementation of the company strategiesTo lead & motivate field force in fieldShould be able to bring/create his own team of sales executives
