Job Description
Achieve and exceed the annual sales targets for the assigned area and for each Line of Business (LOB)Define and propose a sales action plan to the Regional Sales Leader in coordination with the Product Sales Manager (PSM) and the Key Account Manager (KAM)Continuously look for customer acquisition and expanding LOBs within existing customersDevelop and maintain a highly effective dealers networkProvide technical training and support when needed to dealers sales forces Establish and execute defined growth sales plans with dealers Visit largest end- users to identify needs and convert them to products and servicesBuild a value proposition to differentiate our products offer from competitorsSupport distribution channelsJoin and assist dealers sales force with end user visits to specify and win new businessMonitor competitors activities in the market by updating local database
