Job Description

Handling existing outlets / dealers, making sales improvement and meeting annual sales targets on a daily basis without fail
Handle enormous dealers & around 7 sales executives and around 4 distributors
Vast dealer network in respective area
Distributor management in assigned area
Hiring and training the sales team
Coordinate with the dealer and maintain good relation with them
Should visit the dealers on a daily basis and to visit all the key business dealers at least once in a month – and ensure a smooth functioning of business unit
Liaison with channel / Trade partners (Distributors) periodically – and ensure their timely investment on stocks and market service is ensured
Responsible for new outlet adding and business expansion and TP / Distributor appointment.
Has to take care of trade partners / distributors on business aspect

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or MBA in sales and marketing with relevant experience of 5 to 10 years
Candidate should have experience in woven (i.e. Shirt / Denim / Trouser etc.) with reputed brands i.e. Peter England, Allen Solly, Louie Philipe, Van Huesen, Indian Terrain, US Polo, Levis, Killer Jeans, Pepe Jeans, Live In Jeans, Tibre Jeans, Trigger Jeans, Integriti, New York, Parx, Park Avenue, Lawmen Jeans, Page 3, Colour Plus, Cool Colours, Oxemberg, J Hamsted, Arvind brands etc
Candidate should not have any innerwear experience in any brands
