The incumbent will be responsible for:
Scouting for Distributors & Retailers
Expansion of Market / Business Development
Brand / Category Presentation to Retailers
Sales & Collection ( TO MEET ORGANISATIONAL BUDGET )
Visual Merchandising
Identifying proper POS & Branding
Build strong relationship with Retailers
Monitoring on Primary , Secondary Sales as well as Tertiary Sales
Market report to HO & Line Manager
Competitors Activity Report to HO & Line Manager
Daily updates from Distributors Team
Motivating Distributors Team to achieve Target
Monitoring Distributors Travel Plan & guide them properly
