Job Description

Overall responsible for planning and cost control.
Looking after centralized planning.
Implementation of LEAN management systems so as to achieve overall production efficiency reduced cost and optimum quality thereby leading to higher profitability for the company.
Line-plan finalization for all production units across the region.
Leading and ensuring proper feeding for the planned line through production department.
Make sure product quality is in accordance with standards laid down by the buyer, with the least cost and optimum efficiency.
To ensure regular monitoring of performance of all departments under him.
